Welcome to Northern Ireland
Our Northern Irish tour is based in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast, Northern Ireland’s cosmopolitan capital city. We’ll explore both the modern and the old on a tour of Belfast, focusing on Northern Irish culture, music and the remarkable transformation the city has undertaken in recent years to become one of the trendiest tourist destinations in Europe. Next, discover the full story of the ill-fated Titanic with a visit to the gleaming Titanic Belfast Museum, located by the very dry dock the ship was constructed in. Finally, no trip to Northern Ireland is complete without visiting the country’s only UNESCO site – Giant’s Causeway. Composed of over 40,000 interlocking basalt columns this breathtaking landscape will form a lasting memory.

Today we’ll enter the Titanic Belfast Museum which is located on the slipway where the Titanic itself was built. Journey to the Giant’s Causeway today on the northern coast of County Antrim. This natural phenomenon is comprised of columns of mostly hexagonal volcanic stone that form stepping stones into the sea. The stone looks so ordered and unnatural that legends of how they came to be have spread far and wide with the most famous story being that the causeway was built by a giant trying to reach a similar site in Scotland to challenge his rival to a duel.
