It applies to all customers and team members and reflects our shared commitment to a positive travel experience built on respect, cultural understanding, and responsibility.

Your Promise To Us
Respect for Team Members and Fellow Travellers:
All travellers are expected to behave courteously and respectfully towards Traveleyes staff tour managers, local guides, and fellow travellers – both sighted and blind or vision impaired. Using language which may be considered inappropriate or offensive, or harmful behaviour including harassment, bullying, racism, discrimination, exclusion or abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip and/or refusal of future bookings.
Respect for Destinations and Local Communities:
Traveleyes travellers are expected to show consideration for the people, environments, and cultures we visit. Please follow local customs, avoid disruptive behaviour, and act responsibly to minimise environmental impact. Actions such as littering, excessive noise, or any activity that harms wildlife, ecosystems, or local traditions must be avoided.
Mindful Conduct and Group Harmony:
All travellers must conduct themselves in a way that promotes group harmony and safety. Behaviour such as bullying, isolation of others, or the use of offensive gestures and aggressive language is unacceptable and may lead to immediate removal from the trip and/or future travel restrictions. This includes refraining from smoking in prohibited areas, not inviting non-Traveleyes individuals to join group activities without prior approval, and avoiding excessive alcohol consumption that could compromise group safety or enjoyment. Social interaction must remain respectful and inclusive of travellers with differing communication and accessibility needs.
Community Safety:
All travellers must prioritise the wellbeing and safety of the group at all times. Any behaviour that makes another traveller feel unsafe, including unwanted physical contact, intimidation, or persistent invasion of personal boundaries, will be taken seriously and acted upon immediately. If you feel uncomfortable or witness behaviour that poses a concern, please report it confidentially to your Tour Manager. Traveleyes reserves the right to remove individuals from a trip if their conduct poses a safeguarding risk.
Care for Property:
We ask all travellers to respect both personal and public property. Any accidental damage should be reported promptly to help us resolve the situation quickly and minimise disruption for others.
Respectful Social Media Engagement:
Our online spaces are designed for open, friendly and respectful interaction. Please communicate respectfully, protect others’ privacy, and avoid negative commentary, hate speech, bullying, or divisive discussion.
Environmental and Cultural Awareness
Traveleyes is committed to supporting the preservation of the beautiful destinations we visit. We ask all customers to:
- Follow guidelines for sustainable tourism and reduce waste where possible, including minimising plastic use and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Respect wildlife and natural habitats by keeping a safe distance and avoiding interference with local flora and fauna.
- Honour local customs and traditions, showing appreciation and understanding for the people and communities we encounter.
